This is such a loosey goosey weekly menu.
Only 3 or 4 nights cooking, and I really don't even want to do that.
Monday - Freezer meal {Big Trash Day! and last day of staycation}
Tuesday - Tilapia, Olive oil and Sea Salt Quinoa blend, kale
Wednesday - Chicken Tacos with grilled onion and bell pepper
Thursday - French Toast Pizza (freezer) and side salad with The Girl
Friday - Happy Hour at Oskar Blues with a friend, so probably food truck dinner
Saturday - TBD, but might make enchiladas
Sunday - Brinner (eggs, lo salt bacon, biscuit)
