Tuesday - Grilled Cheese and Bacon with avocado, fruit
Wednesday - (leftovers) Rib Plate with skillet potatoes and green beans
Thursday - Pasta Skillet (with freezer marinara), salad
Friday - Tilapia with lemony breadcrumbs, corn, mac and cheese
Saturday - TBD
Sunday - Orange Chicken over rice, peas

I always love reading your weekly meal plans. That grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and avocado sounds heavenly! I have had such a taste for avocados, got the last one out of the fridge the other day to enjoy, and when I cut into it, it collapsed like a deflated balloon. Who knew? I had just picked it up from the grocery store. I’ll tell you what, buying avocados is always a gamble.
