I don't remember where I originally got this recipe from, but I think it was Taste of Home . This is such a good thing to fix on nights where you just don't have the energy to stand and slave over the stove.
Oh, sure there'll be standing involved, and a pan or two.
But kids eat this stuff up! Delish!

And so easy you could get them to make it!
I'm sorry to say I didn't take a photo of the zucchini my neighbor brought over. Good grief it had to weigh a pound and a half! The thing was freakishly huge and taking up waaay too much space in the fridge. So about a third of it will be served sauteed and served with dinner,
and the rest went to zucchini bread.

Oh, deary me I am so tired. I can't believe I didn't just order take-out Chinese - what is wrong with me! The carpets were cleaned this morning, the laundry all done, a cake baked, a dozen eggs boiled for that Macaroni Salad I have to have. A kid taken to a swim party.
A kid picked up.
A kid picked up.
A trip to Wal-Mart.
A floral arrangement made for my sweet girl's graduation tableau.
And a bunch of other stuff I can't list right now ...
After dinner, I may have to get a hot shower and crash!

I just found your blog and website this evening, and I've been trolling around admiring all the photos of food that I know my family will love. But I find that there is not always recipes to go along with the photos! Oh, dear! Do you have a recipe listing anywhere on your pages...I couldn't find one, so PLEASE tell me you're just hiding it somewhere!
Thanks! Looking forward to hearing from you...
