Monday - Grilled Chicken on Asian-inspired chopped salad
Tuesday - Salmon, fresh green beans with yellow bell pepper
Wednesday - Ground turkey tacos on whole wheat tortillas, cheese, plain yogurt, pico de gallo
Thursday - Leftover Chili Beans (last week), garlic toast
Friday - Spinach and Salsa Chicken (use the rest of the pico), rice
Saturday - Porcini mushroom and truffle ravioli with marinara at Highlands {pick-up party at Fiesta}
Sunday - Take out {pick-up party at Esperanza}

It looks like you have another week of good eating ahead. I would love to have a fire pit, but have no good place for it, so I will have to live vicariously through you. Enjoy it!
