Tuesday - Taco Tuesday {dermatologist appointment}
Wednesday - Polenta Lasagna with mushrooms and Italian sausage, broccoli or green beans
Thursday - One Pot Meatballs and rice with shredded kale
Friday - Salmon Patty, couscous, zucchini
Saturday - Kitchen Closed
Sunday - TBD
