Wednesday - Seasoned Pork Chop, Superfood Salad
Thursday - Salmon Patties, sauteed squash and onions
Friday - Quinoa Skillet with beef, taco style (never made this a couple weeks ago)
Saturday - YOYO
Sunday - probably take out
