This menu plan marks the end of "Mealplan Monday" and the beginning of "Empty Nest Menu". {I'm trying to put a positive spin on all the change at Camp Rustown!} My new mealplan will be a combo of what we will cook and what we will do. I think the key to sanity will be 1. taking care of our health, and 2. staying busy.

At Torr Na Lochs
Tuesday - Meatballs with peas and rice, garlic toast (thaw grilled chicken, get a good night's sleep - tomorrow is moving day!)
Wednesday - Grilled Basalmic Fig Rosemary Chicken, sauteed brussels sprouts, Visit a brewery in San Marcos followed by WINE at home...
Thursday - quick meal out before B52's concert! No time for sads. (thaw salmon)
Friday - Salmon and a fresh veg. (visit my mother in Brenham, see my college buddy, Carol, at Saddlehorn)
Saturday - Grill and RELAX at home with Teddy
Sunday -The Girl home, grilling with she and Firstborn
