So, today I have spent the whole day putting up Christmas decor, and shopping for groceries, and I managed to squeeze in a doctor appointment for Firstborn along with a visit to Starbucks - he loves coffee. My feet ache.. My sinuses are still clogged. I threw a frozen dinner in the oven and set 'delay bake'. I poured a glass of wine - it's 5 o'clock somewhere, right? I might make it til bedtime. I might not. I feel old...but I feel accomplished. My kids are happy, doing their thing, enjoying the beautiful afternoon outside with friends. They will come in to a warm and clean house.
I have done a good job today.
