There's a cute site called Chic Critigue
that's doing a give-a-way with this topic.
Inquiring minds want to know...
However, moms with cluttered minds who barely have time to rake a brush
through their un-kempt hair as they dash out to pick up their kids from school know that the
best make-up involves sunglasses, a headband, and slouching down real low in the driver's seat til their kid gets to the car...
But here is what I use when I can spend a few minutes sprucing up:
Maybelline Great Lash mascara in Brownish Black.
I really need something that helps me with thinning eyelashes, tho, and this just barely highlights my lashes. Suggestions?
Revlon Powder Blush in Berry Rich - nice with olive skin tones
Covergirl Outlast Smoothwear eyeliner in a dark brown
Revlon Colorstay Mineral Make-up in Light Medium
I like that it's matte and very light; you can hardly feel it.
Ok.That's it.
No, really.
And I am against coloring my silver. Feels fraudulent to me.
I probably spend more money on my hair with conditioners and such.
And I LOVE fragrance - scented lotions, soaps, sprays...one for every mood. The way you look every day is a direct reflection on how you feel. So do what you must to feel good.

What a great low-key routine! I wish I could live as simply! My make-up stash is really out of control.
I was smiling because I loved your description of what to wear when picking up the children.lol.
How many times have I done that one?
Lots : )
I have found the older I get the simpler my make up routine is. (There is less of it.)
I like that!
I highly recommend the Cover Girl Lash Blast. Give it a try! :-)
I love L'Oreal's Voluminious mascara for bulking up my lashes a bit.. mine are very thin as well!
