[Last week was all-around not much fun. I didn't post but once - just wasn't feeling it. This week will be better! There are a couple of oven meals in the mix this week, but I'm thinking this may be the last week for that - too hot!}
Monday - Chili Dogs, chips, fruit
Tuesday - Cowboy Beans, corn muffins
Wednesday - Chicken Fajita Salads
Thursday - Swiss/bacon/spinach quiche, salad
Friday - Creamy Jalapeno Pork Chops, rice, corn off the cob
Saturday and Sunday are TBD
