Monday - Salmon Burger Patty, salad with avocado {on call}
Tuesday - Grilled Chicken, Turkish White Beans {working late}
Wednesday - Tilapia, twice baked potato, zucchini {working late}
Thursday - Beefy Marinara with Pasta, green beans {working late}
Friday - Lemon Pepper Chicken Stir-fry with snow peas and carrots over ramen {off at 7 p.m. thank goodness!}
Saturday - Meatballs and rice with peas
Sunday - (freezer) Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas, salad {day trip to Highlands, Selfcare Sunday}
