Wednesday -Skillet Elgin Sausage, homemade mac and cheese, carrots
Thursday - BBQ Pork Chops, coleslaw, (freezer) pintos and brisket, watermelon (mom works)
Friday - Aztec Quiche, sauteed brussels sprouts
Saturday - YOYO
Sunday - (freezer) Pulled Pork on buns, potato salad, chips and queso, leftover watermelon (winery pick-up party until 5 p.m.)
