Mealplan Monday #200



Monday - Crockpot Bacon Chicken Ranch, homemade mashed potatoes, veggie
Tuesday - Spicey Sloppy Joes, chopped salad, chips
Wednesday - JULY 4TH!  We will likely grill out, but haven't decided what yet...hotdogs?
Thursday - Gnochi Skillet with Chicken Sausage and Tomatoes
Friday - Easy Shrimp Tacos, sliced melon
Saturday - YOYO
Sunday - Baked Beans and Hamburger*, macaroni salad, garlic toast
* I don't think I ever blogged this "recipe" - it's straight out of my childhood.  Cook and drain bacon and set aside.  Cook and drain hamburger meat and do the same.  Add both back to a skillet with 3 cans of pork and beans (drain a little off the beans or it will be too soup-y) and season it up with brown sugar, ketchup, garlic powder, Worchestershire.  Simmer, covered, while you make garlic toast.  Out of ketchup?  Use salsa.  No brown sugar?  Use molasses.  Sauteed onions are good in it, as are bell peppers.  If you have leftover pinto beans, use them.  This is a creative thing!
