Monday - Roast Chicken and Gouda sammies, chips, picklesTuesday - Pork tacos, shredded cabbage, monterrey jack cheese, pico de gallo
Wednesday - Aztec Quiche*, southwestern chopped salad
Thursday - Aunt Rosie Deaton's All-American Slum-Gullion (this is from the White Trash Cooking cookbook), garlic toast
Friday - Parmesan Chicken, small baked potato, veggie (tentative)
Saturday and Sunday might be work days at Highlands!
