Monday - Sammie night Tuesday - Beef Stew in the crockpot, rolls Wednesday - leftovers or take-out Thursday - Gumbo Sausage Pasta, green salad Friday - Sticky Chicky, rice, peas Saturday and Sunday are TBD
I love your Meal Plan Mondays. This week sounds delicious! It's such a good idea, and I always tell myself that I'm going to plan my meals for the week, but somehow it gets away from me. As soon as I am completely recovered from my cold/flu/plague I plan to get on the stick with being a bit better organized in my cooking. I also really like that you include sandwich night. Sandwiches, can be filling and nutritious and healthy, but somehow I harken back to my youth and feel guilty if I have a sandwich for dinner. I think it's time I got over that. Have a great week!
