Tuesday - Pesto Ranch Chicken Thighs with whole wheat pasta
Wednesday - BBQ Turkey Salads (cause I'm subbing turkey for the chicken)
Thursday - Asparagus Ricotta tart, marinated tomatoes
Friday - Cilantro Lime Shrimp, couscous, creamy skillet corn
Saturday - Dad grill
Sunday - Dad's Choice!
Dessert this week is ice cream and cookies, probably.
